Join a fantastic community pub with a strong regular trade. This newly developed, popular pub offers a competitive salary of £65,000.

About the Business:

This pub is all about food, featuring fresh, high-quality offerings and table service. The role involves leading the business to tap into local opportunities, with a focus on food innovation in collaboration with the Head Chef. Although the business is predominantly wet-led (approximately 60/40), the emphasis on food quality remains central.

The General Manager Role:

As General Manager, your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining consistent quality in food and drinks. Visibility and community engagement are crucial, as developing relationships and local marketing are key to driving repeat business. All marketing and PR are managed in-house, so a proactive approach to community involvement is essential.
