Role Summary
To facilitate, assist, and provide support with the planning, preparation, and delivery of staff training programs ranging from de-escalation techniques to physical intervention techniques. To promote the use of appropriate techniques in managing challenging behavioral situations and restraint techniques within the Trust. To assist with data collection, evaluation, course administration, and clerical duties related to workforce and statutory requirements. To work closely with and support the operational security team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team to develop and deliver a Physical Intervention Training program within both Acute and Community settings, supporting staff in building packages of care for service users displaying challenging behavior.
The successful applicant must be a GSA Accredited Grade A Tutor with experience working in clinical settings to ensure high standards that are service user-focused. A valid driving license is also required. Please include these in your supporting information.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, hours to be confirmed.
