Job Description:

TRC are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team, working within the ECO4 scheme to deliver high-quality energy efficiency installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plastering Internal and External Finishes.
• Applies coats of plaster to interior walls, ceilings, and partitions of buildings, to produce finished surface, according to architect's drawings or oral instructions.
• Using hand tools and portable power tools: Direct workers to mix plaster to desired consistency.
• Spreads plaster over lath or masonry base, using trowel, and smooths plaster with trowel and float to attain uniform thickness.
• Ensure all work meets health & safety and quality standards.
• Travel across the UK to various job sites.
• Overnight stays required (expenses covered).
• Collaborate with installers, site managers, and quality teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plasterer.
• Knowledge of the ECO4 scheme is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
