A multicultural primary school in Coventry is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their supportive team. The role involves managing office tasks and providing a positive reception. This fixed-term position covers maternity leave, requiring 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Headteacher and School Business Manager are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and flexible Administration Assistant to work in our friendly and caring inner city, multicultural primary school.

Experience within a school office is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Experience within a customer service environment is essential.
The vacancy is for a 25-hour week over 5 days.
Monday to Friday 7.45am-12.45pm. Due to office requirements, the start time of 7.45am Monday to Friday is mandatory, but we will consider alternative finish times (not exceeding 25 hours). Please contact us for further discussion.
The position is fixed-term, covering maternity leave. The end date will be advised, and a notice period will be given.
