Job Description:

We at Orion Gas are proud to work alongside some of the biggest Gas and Energy Providers in the industry. As we expand across the UK, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities include providing smart meter installations within domestic premises and delivering first-class service.

Package Options:

• Salary Option: £37,500 pa. Includes 33 days holiday (inc bank holidays), van, fuel card, tools, and uniform.
• Guaranteed Day Rate Option 1: £200 per day. Includes van, fuel card, tools, and uniform.
• Guaranteed Day Rate Option 2: £250 per day. Engineer supplies own van and gets £10/day fuel allowance, tools, and uniform.
• Guaranteed Day Rate Option 3: £275 per day. Engineer supplies own van, pays for fuel, tools, and uniform.

Bonuses:

• £150/month Attendance bonus.
• £150/month for 75% completion rate.
• £50 per point after 6 points in a day.

Call Out (Optional):

• One week in four (more possible).
• Hours: 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm Sat, 8am-4pm Sun.
• Standby pay and price per job on call.

Saturday work is also available.

The Engineer:

• Minimum 24 months' experience in Dual Fuel Metering.
• Manage own stock levels.
• Work with management to meet KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for customer service.
• Ability to plan, organise, and manage workload.
• IT literate.

Payments are weekly, two weeks in arrears, with bonuses paid monthly. Day Rate options are paid via PAYE through Umbrella Company (from our PSL).
