Senior Finance Manager
Cambridge
Up to £55,000pa

Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are actively recruiting for a Qualified, Senior Finance Manager.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Management Accounts: preparation of monthly accounts, overseeing the financial close process, consolidation of reports, management of the day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
2. Financial Accounting: preparation of annual financial statements, liaising with company auditors, taxation matters, overseeing of the outsourced payroll.
3. Forecasting and Budgeting: provision of weekly flash reports, forecasts, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, calculation of sales commissions, etc.

Skills and Attributes required:

1. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
2. Experience in leading a finance team.
3. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and be heavily involved in the detail.
4. 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
