Job summary

A well-regarded consultancy in Leicester is seeking a marketing and sales executive to drive digital marketing initiatives and sales strategies. We’re delighted to be recruiting an enterprising Marketing and Sales Executive on behalf of a highly-regarded local consultancy. The successful candidate will actively work to create and execute digital marketing, sales strategies and campaigns that will generate business to business leads from organisations across the UK.

  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours)
  • Hybrid working – 2 days per week working from home
  • Free parking
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with the Management Team to develop and implement the marketing strategy
  • Ensuring consistency across all digital media
  • Devising and delivering marketing campaigns; creating content, conducting research and analysing data
  • Co-ordinating promotional activities and events
  • Create and maintain a new website that promotes the brand in line with current campaigns
  • Undertake SEO work and analysis on the website to improve search rankings and traffic
  • Using the company LinkedIn page to support the delivery of marketing campaigns and sales outreach
  • Working with colleagues to identify and write up and publish case studies at the end of consultancy projects
  • Identifying potential sales leads from email alerts, contracts portals, campaigns and your own network
  • Managing the referrals process; identifying who referrals should be sent to and managing
  • Ensuring all opportunities and communications are logged correctly in Salesforce
  • Responding to potential leads and working to arrange sales meetings for the team

Skills and experience:

  • Extensive previous experience in a similar marketing role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a helpful and friendly approach
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with consistent attention to details
  • Self-confident, with a strong ability to work alone and as part of the team
  • Results driven, demonstrates a determination to succeed, whilst being able to take advice and feedback
  • Ambitious, with the desire to extend responsibilities as the company grows
