Location: London

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

We are working with an internationally renowned brand celebrated for its luxurious hospitality and exceptional culinary experiences. The company has expanded globally, maintaining a reputation for elegance, sophistication, and impeccable service. They are looking for a Recruitment Manager with experience in recruiting for FOH and BOH on a luxury scale.

You will be a real people person with a strong hospitality / leisure background and a passion for recruitment, highly organized and ready to hit the ground running!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent, adopt best practices, and develop innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Develop end-to-end recruitment processes, identify appropriate attraction methods, ensure cost and time efficiency, utilize latest resourcing tools, and leverage social media.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders as a credible influencer across the business.
  • Promote candidate engagement actively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop employer branding strategies to attract suitable talent and position as an employer of choice, ensuring recruitment communications reflect branding messaging.
  • Manage daily recruitment activities, review existing practices, and implement improvements for individual and volume roles, including managing relationships with recruitment suppliers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Design effective resourcing tools, including application management, initial screening, and conducting interviews using value-based recruitment.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and influence recruitment strategies.
  • Benchmark externally to develop best-in-class resourcing materials.
