Housing Options and Homeless Prevention Officer – Hillingdon

iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting experienced Housing Options and Homeless Prevention Officers to work for our client based in Hillingdon and surrounding areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Completing assessments and carrying out respective prevention and relief work.
Managing a varied caseload with knowledge of Part VII Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Reduction Act, and other relevant legislation.
Carrying out homelessness inquiries, casework, and drafting s184 decision letters.
Demonstrating practical experience of delivering in a pressurized Housing Options Service and managing multiple demands and pressures of the service.
