Your purpose will be to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms. This includes upholding high standards of cleanliness, engaging with members on the gym floor, leading gym inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes.
Responsibilities:
- Place member experience at the center of everything you do by actively engaging with members on the gym floor.
- Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
- Conduct engaging group exercise classes.
- Provide informative member inductions.
- Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as needed.
- Conduct club standards checks, ensuring accurate recording in accordance with JD Gyms procedures.
- Offer ad hoc support to members as required.
- Maintain the highest standards of club cleanliness as set by management.
- Uphold excellent brand standards, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
- Operate in a safe, legal, and compliant manner at all times.
- Consider energy, environmental issues, and waste management in daily operations.
- Analyze and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, and developments.
