Job Description:

The Doc Support Specialist 2 performs basic assignments under direct supervision, servicing a range of products/services. Applies knowledge of broad work area procedures, focusing on attention to detail and task accuracy. Exchanges basic to moderately complex information to ensure understanding and provide support. Requires basic communication skills and a basic understanding of the organization. Selects appropriate procedures to resolve problems, sometimes involving uncommon variations, and recognizes when to deviate from standard practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify receipt of all documents received, checking for accuracy and completeness.
  • Archive, store, retrieve, and reconcile documents as received.
  • Setup, prepare, and scan documents into database; return electronic files to appropriate business lines.
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and escalate as needed.
  • Support one or multiple business lines or portfolios.
  • Prepare documents for review, follow up with clients, and modify contracts within established procedures.
  • Monitor daily work lists and queues to process work within set time constraints.
  • Produce simple loan/trade documents upon request.
  • Interact with legal institutions, dealers, and customers to complete work requirements.
  • Sort and prepare incoming documents for imaging.
  • Process information: compile, code, categorize, calculate, and verify data.
  • Provide administrative support such as photocopying, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and escalating issues transparently.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift 50 to 70 pounds consistently.
  • Proficient in using office equipment (phone, fax, copier, computer, scanners).
  • Intermediate skills in computer, math, and data handling.
  • Ability to follow established procedures for moderately complex tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail.
Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
