About the Company:

Our company has been employee-owned for 35 years and is a leading manufacturer of films and coatings used in a variety of globally distributed products. Due to team expansion, we are seeking skilled maintenance engineers to join our dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, prioritising workload effectively.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Adhere to health & safety protocols and report incidents accurately.
• Provide guidance and support to apprentice engineers during shifts.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with coating machinery, rollers, steam equipment, chemical mixers, drives, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication/welding.

Qualifications:

• Apprentice-trained (please specify if any particular apprenticeships or certifications are required)
• NVQ Level 3, HNC, or HND in Engineering.

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: Monday-Thursday 06:00-18:00
• Week 2: Wednesday-Thursday 06:00-18:00; Friday 06:00-15:00
• Week 3: Monday-Tuesday 18:00-06:00; Friday 06:00-15:00
