Job Details:

  • Business Development Manager
  • Joining a well-established, growing children's residential provider that supports children across the Yorkshire region with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • The organisation is looking for an ambitious individual who will be able to drive the business whilst also providing quality support to all children and young people.
  • The BDM will be responsible for building the profile of the business and driving the expansion in line with the plans.
  • Implement and deliver a business development strategy.
  • You will generate new relationships, work alongside commissioners and cement existing relationships.
  • Work alongside the other members of the SMT, ensuring the company ethos is followed.
  • Office based, in Leeds.

Salary and Contract:

  • £50,000 - £60,000
  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Monday - Friday

Requirements Details:

  • Level 5 in leadership and management / degree educated.
  • Experience in a business development role with a proven track record.
  • Driving Licence.
