Production & Formulation Operator

£27,729 per annum

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5pm & Friday 7am until 3pm

Employment Type: Permanent

Our Daventry-based client, a well-established small independent manufacturer, is looking to recruit a motivated individual to join their busy manufacturing and production department team as a Production & Formulation Operator. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in weighing, measuring, and blending raw materials according to production specifications.
  • Operate blending and formulation equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Clean vessels as per SOPs.
  • Label raw materials accurately and store them correctly.
  • Lift and carry large sacks and drums of chemicals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing/formulation preferred but not essential.
  • Good communication skills and numeracy, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexible attitude to work.
