We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Strategy Development Assistant to join our Business Strategy team within the Chief Executive’s Office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of The Plan for North Lanarkshire, supporting strategic performance, policy development, and digital innovation across the council.
As part of a forward-thinking team, you’ll work with data, digital tools, and strategic frameworks to help drive continuous improvement and better outcomes for our communities.
With an HNC/SVQ3 qualification in a relevant discipline, you will have relevant experience of working in a business support or similar environment. You will be self-motivated with a flexible and collaborative approach to work and can cope with conflicting demands whilst meeting tight deadlines.
With proficient organisational and IT skills, you will have experience of utilising various Microsoft Office packages and have excellent verbal and written skills.
