About the Job:

Are you an experienced cook/chef with experience in the Care Home sector? Would you like excellent rates of pay up to £18.40 per hour paid weekly including holiday pay and pension contributions?
Do you want a role that makes a difference in people’s lives whilst offering job satisfaction, flexibility, and career development?
We are looking to hire full and part-time Chefs/Cooks to service existing care home clients throughout South Wales.

About You:

  1. We’re looking for someone with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
  2. A minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
  3. You will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home cooking.

If you have:

  1. Knowledge of special dietary requirements.
  2. Food Hygiene level 2.
  3. Knowledge of Environmental Health requirements/ HACCP.
  4. Knowledge of IDDSI.
  5. Willingness to keep learning.
