Job Description
The Head of Compensation & Benefits is a key role in the global reward team. You will be responsible for operating abcam’s compensation, benefits, and payroll policies to the highest standards. From design to communication and delivery, we aim to deliver value for abcam and our people.
Reporting to the VP of Global Reward, the key responsibilities of the role include:
Compensation and Benefits Governance
Payroll Governance
Qualifications
Experience working in a global environment (UK, US, China). Skilled in planning and executing global compensation and benefits projects, with excellent project management and stakeholder mobilization skills.
Confident communicator on reward topics, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels. Ability to recognize and act upon change to achieve goals.
Experience supervising payroll delivery to SOX standards. Numerate and analytical, with a talent for storytelling through data analysis.
Experience with global compensation consultants and HR information systems like Oracle.
