Looking for some extra money for the summer?

I am seeking an individual to join our client's New Homes team in Aldershot, Hampshire. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in New Homes sales.

You will join a well-established, high-end house builder to assist the sales team with inquiries and sales. This is a 3-month temporary position.

Benefits include:

• Hourly rate of £12-14.50
• Working hours from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
• One weekend off per month

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Welcoming potential buyers and providing information about available properties
• Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties
• Responding to queries from potential buyers about properties and the buying process
• Negotiating prices and closing sales
• Advising on financing options and the home buying process
• Assisting with marketing materials and advertising campaigns
