Job Details

• Design and commission PLC/HMI-based automation systems using GE Fanuc, Siemens, or Allen-Bradley
• Develop electrical schematics via AutoCAD Electrical and manage full control system documentation
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA79, UL, and ISO standards
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to innovate control strategies and improve production efficiency
• Maintain BOMs, safety systems, and start-up procedures
• Occasional travel (10%) to support project commissioning and optimization

What you need:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of controls/electrical experience in manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with PLCs (GE Fanuc, Siemens, AB RS500) and HMI tools (Panelview, WinCC, Wonderware)
• Skilled in AutoCAD Electrical and VB/LabVIEW programming
• Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NFPA79, and machine safety compliance
