Role Summary: The Enterprise and Operational Risk Manager will support the Head of Enterprise and Operational Risk within the Corporate Risk Team. This team ensures Visa manages its enterprise and operational risks effectively, including oversight of operational resilience, using the Three Lines of Defence model.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Risk Partners to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the business.
2. Provide independent oversight and challenge to ensure effective risk management by the First Line.
3. Conduct risk-based control reviews and embed risk management frameworks.
4. Manage enterprise risk programs like risk profiles, emerging risks, and risk assessments.
5. Support operational resilience and other risk initiatives.
6. Develop and deliver management information and analytics to inform decisions.
7. Work with global and regional teams to deliver risk strategies and projects.
8. Report to senior management and boards on risk status and issues.
9. Contribute to the development of risk culture and partnerships across functions.

Candidate Profile: An experienced risk professional, preferably from financial or payments sectors, with strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of risk practices, the payments industry, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications: Proven ability to challenge and influence, collaborate in a matrix organization, and handle complex information with business acumen.
