We are seeking a Research Data Manager to drive this vision forward, helping to create a culture of digital innovation and responsible research.

To ensure we are ready to embrace our future, the University will be developing our physical and digital infrastructure and services to significantly enhance our main Library and to maximise our digital experience.

About You

We seek an inspiring leader to drive Warwick Library's Research Data team, a crucial component of our research services. In this role, you will champion open data practices, embedding reproducible, transparent, and responsible research data management that enhances research’s societal impact and integrity. With a strong background in research data management, you bring strategic insight and hands-on expertise, excelling at engaging national and international stakeholders to shape the future of library and information services.

As part of the Extended Library Management Team, you will contribute to strategy development aligned with the University’s goals, working collaboratively with senior academic and professional colleagues to advance our mission. An effective and supportive manager, you’ll motivate and guide your team while ensuring compliance with evolving data standards. Known for your proactive approach, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills, you foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting Warwick’s research community in achieving excellence and innovation in data management.
