Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for Cambridge House, your role will focus on developing recruitment strategies to identify key talent and build best-in-class teams across all departments. You will lead recruitment efforts, create an exceptional candidate experience, and foster a positive team member culture.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for both line-level and management positions.
• Oversee and coordinate all visa recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, completing training plans, visa petitions, and other necessary paperwork.
• Manage the entire onboarding lifecycle, including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and sending offer letters.
• Act as a liaison between the hotel and educational institutions, employment agencies, and attend job fairs as needed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent & Culture teams regarding hiring needs, internal transfers, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Exposure to hotel recruitment, including food & beverage, culinary, and operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Willingness and ability to travel to job fairs and recruitment events.
• Legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
