JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Stylist at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will serve as the key link between our products and customers by providing high-level customer service and assistance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service through teamwork and embodying our brand values.
2. Provide personalized 1-2-1 customer service, ensuring the customer always comes first.
3. Support the Store Management team in achieving individual and store sales targets.
4. Assist with stock deliveries and organization of the stockroom.
5. Act as a brand ambassador.

Ideal candidate:

• Passionate about the brand and committed to our values.
• Customer-focused with excellent service skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Experience in tailoring is advantageous.
• Confident in selling products and engaging with customers.
