Job Introduction
We have a unique opportunity for a Motability Car Sales Specialist to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Coventry. As a Motability Specialist, customer care will always come first. You’ll take the time to talk to customers, build genuine rapport, and identify their exact requirements. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit.
The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week, and working 10am to 4pm on Sundays on a rota basis.
Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000.
Role and Responsibilities
You will deal with all Motability car enquiry leads, converting those appointments into sales and ensuring all sales leads are maximized.
Advising customers on the right vehicle for them, as well as any available extras, accessories, and value-adding products.
You’ll drive the sales process, from meet and greet, test drive, presentation of products, and sales through to delivery and handover of the vehicle.
Responsible for making outbound calls to Motability customers due for renewal.
About you
This role may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
Ultimately, you will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
You will hold a valid UK driver’s license.
Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
