Job Description:

We are looking for an Administrator / Customer Service Advisor to work in the City Centre with parking, providing support to other Account Managers and Directors. The role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, working as part of a small, established team with support and training from your Line Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting service review meetings quarterly, collaborating with the team on data recording and monitoring performance against service level agreements, including reviewing escalations, corrective actions, and co-developing preventative strategies with suppliers and clients.
  2. Ensuring timely review meetings are held and responded to.
  3. Managing single and multi-asset moves, scheduling, and cooperating with the team on decision-making, resource allocation, and assigning crews based on skills and experience.
  4. Quoting to meet response time targets.
  5. Monitoring quotes to conversation.
  6. Planning routes effectively to maximize crew capacity and resource availability across approved suppliers.
  7. Responding to escalations, cancellations, and re-routing, including building in works pending to fill gaps and offering clients opportunities to bring works forward.
  8. Collaborating with crews on alternative routes and diversions.
  9. Forward planning scheduling with the team.
  10. Cooperating with account managers to plan, agree, and confirm crew allocations.
