Project Manager - Credit (24 month FTC)

This role will project manage the transformation of the M&S Credit customer offering as part of a programme of transformation, driving partners across multiple areas and their activities to deliver the committed outcomes.

Please note this role is a 24 month fixed term contract.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

• Owning and delivering specific transformation projects within the Financial Services Credit remit
• Defining the project's objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities, both internally with M&S and externally with relevant partners. To ensure alignment of the project's activities to overall programme plan
• Coordinating and driving partners and activities within the project to achieve on time and on cost delivery
• Managing project reporting and tracking and escalation of risks
• Owning business readiness for the Project

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

• A positive and self-motivated mind set; someone who is a self-starter with an ability to work independently
• Multi-site project management
• Being highly organised with strong planning and project management skills
• Sophisticated partner engagement and influencing skills
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Financial Services experience is highly desirable
