We are seeking an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent routine and periodic cleaning services for a Mitie customer. The role requires maintaining high standards in service delivery and adhering to all SLA agreements and cleaning schedules.
The successful candidate should contribute to the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to enhance this further. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and seeking continuous improvement are essential. All employees must follow Mitie’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
You should be able to work independently when appropriate, be reliable, hardworking, and maintain a professional attitude. Ability to work according to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for service improvements are key qualities.
While previous cleaning experience is preferred, training will be provided. Candidates should have a good understanding of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
