Job Opportunity: Band 6 Biomedical Scientist in Haematology

Mediplacements is seeking an experienced band 6 Biomedical Scientist in Haematology for a position in Surrey.

Details:

• Pay: Up to GBP 24 per hour
• Start: As soon as possible
• Duration: Ongoing

Job Responsibilities:

1. Performing and interpreting laboratory tests on blood and other body fluids
2. Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment
3. Record keeping and quality control
4. Providing results and advice to medical staff
5. Participating in continuing education and training

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be HCPC registered, fully competent in Haematology, Coagulation, and Blood Transfusion, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
