Job Details:
  1. Job Title: Oncology / Haematology Pharmacist
  2. Location: Private Hospital in London
  3. Duration: Ongoing
  4. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  5. Start Date: May 2025
  6. End Date: Ongoing
  7. Rate of Pay: £30 - £40 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • Create and implement personalized care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A current and valid GPhC registration
  • Experience working with oncology patients and Iqemo
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract:

This role offers a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some flexibility. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
