As a Female Support Worker, you will support 4 ladies with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health concerns, assisting with daily routines and overnight safety.
The ladies live in a 4-bedroom bungalow in Crossmyloof, Southside Glasgow, a quiet residential area near Shawlands with good transport links and community amenities. The ladies share a car, so a UK driving license is required.
They enjoy gardening, BBQs, visiting the summer house, and engaging in community activities like bowling and cinema visits. Maintaining fitness, a healthy diet, and connecting with family are important to them. We seek a female, upbeat, confident, and independent support worker who can use initiative for activity planning. Shift times vary, typically:
We are recruiting for a full-time role of 37.5 hours/week. Note that a female colleague is required due to the nature of support, as per the Equality Act.
