My client, a leading Property Management company, is in search of an experienced Business Development Manager with the opportunity to earn £110,000.

Are you a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of London’s property market? Do you have hands-on experience in block management and the residential property sector? If so, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage your knowledge of London’s property market to identify opportunities and build strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
2. Deliver tailored block management services to meet the specific needs of residential properties.
3. Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets, managing the sales cycle, and representing the business at industry events.
4. Partner with operational teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.

Key Requirements:

1. Demonstrated success in business development within residential property management, with expertise in block management.
2. Deep understanding of London’s residential property market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a talent for building trust and lasting client relationships.
4. Self-motivated and results-focused, with a strong network of industry contacts and the ability to excel in a hybrid working environment.
