An established industry player is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide exceptional care for young individuals with learning difficulties. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a newly established Special Needs 6th Form School in Catford, Lewisham. The ideal candidates will have a caring attitude and experience in assisted living or SEN environments. You will collaborate with a supportive team to deliver personalized care, teach essential life skills, and foster social development. We are exclusively seeking passionate and professional Support Workers who go all-out to provide the very best care and support for their clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity in Catford, Lewisham, within a brand new Special Needs 6th Form School!

There are full time, part-time, and ad-hoc positions available with working hours from 8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday.

If you have experience in supporting those with Learning difficulties, Mental Health, and/or Physical disabilities, then we would like to hear from you.

We are consistently partnering with 'GOOD' and 'OUTSTANDING' provisions.

Support Worker Main Duties:

Working in collaboration with your team to deliver the highest quality of care
Following students' specific care plans
Teaching skills for independent living such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
Supporting students' social and behavioural development

Support Worker Skills Needed:

The ideal Support Worker will have experience working within an assisted living facility, SEN School, or Care home, and possess a positive and caring attitude with excellent communication skills.

Reliability and a strong team/work ethic are essential within this role.
