Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of welding experience with a requirement to pass a weld test.
  • Experience reading hydraulic and electrical circuit drawings is essential.

Job description

Tig Welder / Hydraulic Mechanic

Pay: $24-30/hr.

Shift: Day shift hours

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Welding experience is required; must pass a weld test
  • 2-5 years of experience reading hydraulic, electrical circuit and general arrangement drawings
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Onsite training is required to perform job duties that involve operating and/or using tools, machinery or equipment
  • Electrical wiring experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Read hydraulic and electrical circuit and general arrangement drawings
  • Understand a bill of material and its relationship to a drawing
  • Layout and assemble hydraulic components using hand held tools
  • Fabricate tubing, piping and hose assemblies using hand held and bench mounted equipment
  • Drill and tap holes using hand held and bench mounted power tools
  • Weld carbon steel and stainless steel plates and piping
  • Assist in testing all manufactured assemblies
  • Paint all manufactured assemblies
