We are seeking a Senior Educational Support Assistant to join the Inclusion Team, supporting learners with SEND and helping develop the skills of other ESAs. The role involves working with tutors to implement strategies for various SEND needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience supporting adults or children and hold a Level 3 qualification in Learner Support or be willing to obtain one.
