More About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception and Sales colleague (internally known as a Placemaker) at Places Leisure, working in a lively environment with like-minded people. Your role is to inspire others, deliver excellent customer service, and create a welcoming environment that makes a positive first impression on members and visitors.

Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial, but if you are proactive and self-motivated, we will support your growth through ongoing training and development.

This role offers a pathway to various career routes, including roles like Placemaker Assistant Manager and Placemaker Manager. We provide continuous training, including customer service and sales development, webinars, seminars, and cross-skilling opportunities such as lifeguarding and swimming teaching.
