Overview:
You will be part of the Housing Advice & Options Reception desk, conducting Triage assessments, and performing prevention and relief work.
Knowledge of the Part VII Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Reduction Act, and other relevant legislation is required, along with experience in homelessness inquiries, casework, and drafting s184 decision letters.
Candidates must demonstrate good customer service skills and practical experience delivering in a pressured Housing Options Service environment.
