Job Description:

Join a fast-growing international software firm specializing in helping the office of the CFO become more data-driven using dedicated EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) software. This client is currently seeking to expand their presence in the EMEA region.

This role will be key in supporting this growth and in developing localized strategies in partnership with the group HQ.

What will I be doing?

  • Customer Discovery: Establish relationships with customers to understand their business goals and limitations regarding current planning approaches.
  • Exec Workshops: Conduct workshops with senior executives to refine and shape proposed solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Master product capabilities to address various business concerns through personalized demonstrations.
  • Solution Design: Create comprehensive solutions that transform the business and organizational culture of potential clients.
  • Scoping: Design, scope, and estimate software solutions and professional services for prospects and customers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to meet prospect needs and improve products, processes, and customer experiences while responding to RFPs/RFIs.

What skills and background will I require?

  • Knowledge of the EPM space with experience in modeling at least one product such as Tagetik, OneStream, HFM, Lucanet, Workiva, Oracle EPM, Adaptive Planning (Workday), Anaplan, Board, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Jedox, Planful, Vena, etc.
  • Proficient in explaining technical solutions, setting goals, identifying opportunities, and providing modeling or data management expertise to engage and inspire prospects.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives, demonstrating empathy and dedication.
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations tailored to senior audiences.
  • A strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ambiguity.
  • Adaptable to respond strategically to customer needs amid rapidly changing product scenarios.
  • Experience in achieving multiple objectives within an entrepreneurial setting with minimal supervision.
  • A BA/BS degree is required; an MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous, but English is the official language of the company.
