Job Description:

Are you motivated by supporting and helping others? This role as a Graduate Aspiring Clinical Psychologist in Aldershot within the Education and Training sector offers a valuable opportunity to gain relevant experience and develop your career in child psychology and related fields.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging learning experiences for students.
  2. Provide behaviour and pastoral support to students.
  3. Build effective and trusting relationships with students.
  4. Apply practical approaches to meet individual student needs.
  5. Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Be caring, compassionate, and a good listener.
  7. Work 1:1 and in small groups with students.
  8. Ensure the safeguarding of students.
  9. Attend staff meetings and complete relevant CPD.
Additional Details:
  • January start date with trial days to ensure suitability.
  • On-site training, support, and CPD provided to ensure safeguarding.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:00, PAYE, term-time only.
  • Daily rate: £85-£90.
  • Part-time roles available.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship provided.
