Our service in Denbigh is looking for a Staff Nurse.

If you are an enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse with a passion for improving lives, we would love to hear from you. Applications from Learning Disability nurses and General Nurses interested in this field are also welcome.

  • Working flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Supporting adults through 24-hour mental health care
  • Promoting recovery via individualised care plans and community integration
  • Assessing and monitoring physical and mental health daily
  • Maintaining excellent working conditions, with opportunities for further training and development

Candidate requirements:

  • Building strong relationships with individuals, families, and staff
  • Developing and evaluating person-centred care plans
  • Leading shifts with support from management and team members
  • Providing coaching and support to colleagues
  • Administering medication
  • Upholding dignity, privacy, and respect for all
  • Fostering good external relationships
