Shared Finance Centre

Our new Shared Finance Centre will house our Financial Accounting teams and Financial Planning and Analysis Centre of Expertise. We aim to build trusted, equal partnerships by delivering timely and valuable services that support growth and business success.

The team will focus on excellence in execution and continuous improvement, simplifying and standardizing processes to enable quality decision-making, delight customers, and meet business objectives.

Our Finance Analysts in FP&A will support planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics, developing standards for reporting and KPIs, and partnering with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close, including data reporting and KPI analysis, and explain variances and drivers.
• Integrate data from multiple systems to identify trends in KPIs, actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support analysis and variance reviews, providing recommendations for leadership and finance partners.
• Enhance data governance, improving data quality and report integrity.
• Run simulations for 'what-if' scenarios to evaluate solutions.
• Collaborate to classify, quantify, and forecast using reliable data.
• Maintain quarterly performance analytics for leadership.
• Create financial models to aid decision-making.
• Promote best practices within the FP&A team.
• Contribute to system and process improvements.
• Support automation and data consolidation efforts.
• Ensure SOX controls are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in production planning, forecasting, or reporting in manufacturing.
• Experience with planning systems and reporting tools.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Finance experience in FMCG sector preferred.
• Manufacturing experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and modeling skills.
