As our Manchester Arndale Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and being customer-obsessed. You will also be dedicated to curating a unique and stylish store for fashion-forward individuals while providing exceptional customer service. In your shopping centre store, you will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere. You will deliver a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality, and style through fashion. You will support and develop your team to achieve results while having fun along the way.
You will be fully accountable for your store's performance, working alongside your Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities impacting KPIs, customer service, team development, and sales, ensuring we are playing to win.
