A specialist Insurance advisory team with offices in the US and Europe is recruiting an M&A Analyst.

The team boasts excellent global insurance and insurtech credentials and MDs with strong track records (of both deal flow and successfully building advisory businesses).

You will work on a wide range of transactions from buy and sell-side M&A, to capital raises and valuation expertise and strategic advice.

Responsibilities will centre on:

  • Management of live transactions
  • Aiding and helping drive the team's production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda, and other transaction documentation
  • Beginning to develop strategic ideas for clients
  • Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintenance of client relationships and new business generation

Profile:

  • Accrued FIG corporate finance experience (ideally with some Insurance specific exposure) and a keen interest to specialise in Insurance
  • Experience in a large investment bank, boutique, or consultancy
  • A robust financial modelling and valuations skillset
