State Street's Front-to-Back Business Strategy team seeks a versatile individual with strong business systems and data analysis skills for developing and supporting services and product offerings. The ideal candidate should have expertise in complex business data analysis, functional requirements gathering, documentation, and excellent communication skills. Experience in liaising between business, implementation, and technology teams, especially in Investment Accounting, is essential.

What you will be responsible for
• Provide technical analysis and advice on data-centric operating models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and document implementation requirements, developing use cases for cash.
• Maintain knowledge of STT F2B products, specializing in IBOR, Investment Accounting, and Cash servicing.
• Analyze and document data mappings, workflows, and derivations.
• Contribute to system roadmaps and future enhancements.
• Support client implementations, testing, and post-production activities.
• Assist in data enhancements and contribute to product development.
• Gather requirements, define technical standards, and design solutions.
• Document user requirements and functional specifications clearly and accurately.
• Share best practices and develop global processes.
• Display accountability and uphold the highest standards of conduct.
• Provide management information to support decision-making.
• Promote a culture of risk excellence and act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
