Come paint the world PINK with us! We are currently searching for a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections on our upcoming counter in Sephora Oxford!

Please note, if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as we are recruiting for long-term employees.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you'll deliver exciting, unique services to all customers. You'll connect with customers, demonstrate products, and be determined to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Key duties include:

1. Achieving sales goals through customer connection, product demonstration, brow treatments, and booking appointments.
2. Providing brow services—waxing, tinting, and tweezing—to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided.
3. Supporting team efforts to meet counter and business needs.
4. Participating in promotions and events, including product launches and charity events.
5. Completing administrative tasks and assisting with counter management as needed.
6. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness at the counter and displays.

Qualifications

Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays alongside weekday shifts is required.
