Job Description:

We’re working with a well-established organisation in the property sector that is looking to bring on board a Digital Optimisation Manager to lead the next phase of their digital evolution. This is a permanent, fully remote opportunity offering a salary of circa £50,000.

This role will play a key part in shaping the personalisation strategy across the company’s digital platforms, with a strong focus on understanding and responding to customer behaviour. Over the next 12 months, the priority will be to drive personalisation across the website, enhancing user journeys and increasing conversion through data-led decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of personalisation strategies across the website to improve customer experience and engagement.
  • Use data and behavioural insights to identify optimisation opportunities and implement A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Collaborate with digital, UX, content and development teams to deliver conversion-focused enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Own the roadmap for digital optimisation initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong experience in digital optimisation, CRO, or personalisation roles.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to interpret user behaviour and performance trends.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion and optimisation platforms (e.g. Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.).
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful digital improvements.
  • Experience working with Sitecore is a significant advantage, though not essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
