Job Description

ROLE 1: Freelance Creative

We're looking for a versatile, self-motivated creative to support our Marketing team on an ad-hoc basis. You’ll bring our brand to life across a wide variety of materials, from digital and print to web and event assets. This role suits someone comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment with shifting priorities and broad creative demands.

  • Design and deliver visually engaging assets, including reports, case studies, pitch decks, social posts, and internal templates
  • Create branded visuals for events and campaigns (e.g., signage, banners, invites, presentations)
  • Design webpage and landing page mockups; familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress is a strong plus
  • Contribute to campaign asset development (e.g., email graphics, infographics, digital ad creatives)
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all formats and platforms
  • Be a reliable creative partner, able to take a loose brief, ask the right questions, and deliver sharp, brand-aligned output quickly

ROLE 2: Freelance Videographer / Editor

We're looking for a proactive videographer to work with us on an ad-hoc basis, helping the business to embrace video in all aspects of Sales and Marketing. You’ll produce high-quality video content for marketing, sales, and events from script to final edit, advising on what will deliver the most impact. This role suits someone comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment with shifting priorities and broad creative demands.

  • Help the business to embrace video in all aspects of Sales and Marketing
  • Film and produce short videos such as company intros, customer case studies, and product walkthroughs
  • Edit raw footage into polished, brand-consistent videos
  • Create basic motion graphics and 2D animations (e.g., intros, explainers, product demos)
  • Attend locations across the UK (and potentially abroad) to support filming requirements

Qualifications

Skills Required: Freelance Creative

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma/XD)
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills, particularly in B2B or tech-focused contexts
  • Experience creating content across print, digital, and social
  • Understanding of user-focused design, especially for web and email formats
  • Ability to understand and work with brand guidelines and deliver quickly
  • Animated video and motion graphic creation would be a bonus

Skills Required: Freelance Videographer

  • Proven experience in B2B or tech-focused video production
  • Strong editing and sound capabilities, including proficiency with video editing software - Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (or similar)
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong storytelling, scripting, and conceptualising abilities
  • Ability to understand and work with brand guidelines and deliver quickly
  • Great communication skills and are able to interview and make people comfortable
  • Provision, management, and efficient operation of equipment required to fulfil role (cameras, audio recorders, etc)
  • Own the production process and do what it takes to make great content
  • Understand the importance of tracking video marketing metrics
  • Animated video and motion graphic creation would be a bonus
