We're on the lookout for a superstar Floor Manager to join the team. As a Floor Manager, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an inspirational customer journey and create a great place to work. You will be an expert in product handling and will continuously strive to improve the customer experience through exceptional visual execution and high-quality customer service. Supporting the Store Leader, you will develop the team, maintain operational standards, and drive outstanding sales, KPIs, and team performance.

- Deliver excellent product placement and create 'wow' wearable outfits.
- Maintain strong visual standards with the customer journey at the core of all decisions.
- Confidently duty manage all aspects of store operations including service, people, and processes.
- Empower the team to prioritize customer experience in decision-making.
- Utilize commercial tools to support store performance and drive actions.
- Assist the Store Leader in achieving KPIs related to sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, customer feedback, RFID, and team metrics.
- Support store operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
- Develop a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team that feels valued and recognized.
