Role Summary

Providing data analysis and support to the team and wider business to ensure smooth operation of stock through the business for all inbound and outbound.

This is an entry-level position which is heavily involved in running reports to support the smooth running of the business and ensuring administrative tasks are completed.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Daily and weekly management of intake targets, bookings, and receipts
  • Data analysis on shipment modes, costs, and commitment
  • Supporting admin on DC operations such as RTVs, adjustments, and queries
  • Managing data entry exceptions for inbound stock
  • Reporting on store delivery volumes and long-term schedule planning
  • Work with core teams on all reporting to support decision-making on best practice inventory management
What You'll Need
  • Strong analytical skills for detailed reporting and top-line summaries
  • Ability to switch between daily tasks and longer-term goals
  • Ability to build and maintain productive partnerships and demonstrate strong listening, oral, and written communication skills across all levels and areas of the business
  • Enthusiasm for retail business and ability to engage with and build relationships with other functions
