A Bit About The Role

Day to day, you’ll be making coffee at speed while chatting to our customers. This role isn’t for the faint-hearted as it’s fast-paced from open until close. But don’t let that put you off, as we will give you a complete and robust training & development plan to equip you with all the skills needed to deliver the perfect cup of coffee every time.

• Crafting great coffee while taking time to get to know our customers by name.
• Serving customers with a smile so they walk away happy and excited about their next visit.
• Learning all about Costa products – we do more than coffee.

A Bit About Us

Sim Trava was founded in 2005 by Simon and Tracy Vardy from their home basement, with the first store opening on October 17th in Northwich, Cheshire. Our initial goal was to open five stores in five years, a milestone we achieved early, reaching ten stores by 2010 in the Cheshire/Manchester area.

In 2021, we celebrated opening our 40th store in Fallowfield, Manchester. We were also honored to be the first franchise to purchase existing stores from equity, acquiring 17 stores across Preston, Blackpool, and Southport, bringing our total to 57 stores.
