Position: Collections & Delivery Driver

Contract Type: Permanent – 45 hours per week

Location: Glasgow G32 8NB

Salary: £31,145

Shift: Days (Monday – Friday / 08:00-18:00)

About the role:

Due to continued growth, we have exciting opportunities for Employed Collection & Delivery Drivers. Our team is responsible for delivering world-class, time-critical parcels, fulfilling our promise of Excellence. You will work closely with our Operational Team to support a busy multi-drop schedule, ensuring each delivery reaches our customers on time, in perfect condition, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador of DHL eCommerce; positively representing the brand, maintaining a clean vehicle, and being courteous
• Safely load and unload parcels onto a van
• Deliver products, goods, and parcels safely and efficiently within set timeframes
• Handle and deliver sensitive materials with proper authorization, and provide high standards of customer care
• Properly use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld scanners, to deliver up to 100 shipments per day

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a full UK driving licence, with no more than 6 points, and has not been disqualified in the last five years
• Has multi-drop experience (preferred)
• Is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent service
• Possesses excellent customer service skills and can work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Works well as part of a team
